Changelog
September 21, 2026
New feature
- Business performance is now something Nous records — what a customer says about their own numbers is a claim in its own right, not filed under "general".
- Firmographics from a call or an email are saved onto the company record instead of being discarded.
Improvement
- Your worklist shows each task's due date ("in 3d", "2d overdue") and who owns it.
- Tasks close themselves — a daily sweep closes what the work already finished, so the follow-up list stops only growing.
- Agents reading an account get the whole picture: an account read is no longer cut to the 15 most recent facts.
- A backfill checks your credit balance before it starts, instead of stopping halfway through.
Bug fix
- A task attached to an account no longer reads "No account".
- A fact about a company now lands on the company rather than on a person.
- Re-running the plugin no longer files the same intel twice.
- A partial write is reported as partial, with the rejected facts listed, instead of a clean success.
- Facts containing terms like "F&I" or "R.O.I" are no longer dropped.
- HubSpot emails arrive with their body — 36% of inbound mail was coming across empty, because the importer never asked for the HTML.
- A Gmail thread is no longer dropped when the first person on it has no name.
- A meeting whose extraction failed can be picked up and read again.

New feature
- Multi-deal accounts — an account can hold several deals at once, each with its own page, stage, value and deal health. Accounts gained Sales Pipeline and Handoff tabs.
- Customer success has its own tab: the accounts you sold to, and why each one is worth a call.
- The CRM agent reads HubSpot at portal scale — accounts, deals, line items and activity come across, and large portals no longer time out partway.
- Call reviews from the revenue plugin — the plugin writes the same scorecard and Call page the app does.
- A promise made on three calls is one recurring commitment, not three tasks.
Improvement
- The app now runs beside its database: database calls went from 123ms to 3ms.
- Accounts shows closed revenue beside open pipeline, with HubSpot line items grouped by product so a renewal reads as one line rather than twelve.
- The org chart groups people by seniority and reads buying role from job title.
- Pages is an index of reports — call summaries and other account documents live on their account.
- A 12-month backfill collects claims instead of producing a page for every meeting.
Bug fix
- The Accounts and People lists load: the rebuild runs in chunks and writes only what changed.
- Accounts missing from the list are back — the projection can finish a full cycle again.
- A customer call misread as internal is no longer dropped without a page, health or signals.
- Calls file onto the account whose domain matches, so two sites of the same group stay separate.
- Live Gmail extraction reads the full message rather than its first 300 characters.
- Scheduled agent routines run in production.
- The hourly slowdown is gone: heavy background jobs are spread out instead of all firing on the hour.
- The Stage dropdown on an account saves.

New feature
- Docs is an AI-native wiki: account and document folders, a properties and evidence panel, and retrieval your agents can use.
- Every recorded sales call becomes a scored Call page, with real names, measured talk share and a Calls folder per account.
- Meeting prep: ask for a meeting and Nous reads every attendee and writes the brief.
- Decision reporting shows what Nous recommended and what you accepted, edited or rejected, by category and surface.
- Identity provenance answers "why does it say that" about a person, not just a claim — including why two records became one.
- Sources split into Your sources and Company sources, on pages of their own.
- Briefs, plans and reports from the revenue plugin save to Pages instead of your repo.
Improvement
- Extraction moved to a faster open model with a fallback, and the backlog was re-read on it.
- Extracted facts stop saying "the user" and stop carrying the model's own interpretation.
- Home shows company logos on upcoming meetings and a "Prep me for this meeting" action.
- Person and company details are editable in place, and every field saves.
- Email previews read as text instead of showing HTML tags in the timeline and to agents.
- When two teammates are on a call, the organizer owns it and the review grades the team.
Security
- Facts, action items and summaries taken from a private email are visible only to people who can read that email.
Bug fix
- Meetings are read in full: extraction had been stopping at the first 12,000 characters (seven meetings went from 31 facts to 142).
- The account page shows facts spoken by the account's own people, plus a company summary.
- A new signup with a reserved seat gets a workspace named after that seat's company.
- A meeting is returned once with every attendee from both sides.
- A note-taker recording is no longer dropped as a duplicate when the calendar or CRM already logged the meeting.
- In a workspace owned by another team, members, invites, billing and plan limits act on that team.
- "You owe a reply" stops firing on threads the team already answered.
- A note-taker that is already connected shows as connected, and its registered webhook appears in Settings → Webhooks.

New feature
- Decision loop — OpenNous now records what it recommended and grades it against what actually happened, so its guidance sharpens with every deal.
- Editable ICP model — tune your ideal-customer profile side by side with the agent's version, across four dimensions.
- Revenue reports — a first-look retrospective for the whole team, with a founder and admin roll-up.
- Role-aware onboarding — personal and team-shared integrations, so each seat connects exactly the tools it should.
Improvement
- Setup is smoother — onboarding now runs automatically right after you install the CLI.
- Drafts sound more like you — your writing voice is rebuilt from your real documents.
- Sharper objection handling — answers now pull from your live positioning instead of a static doc.
- Accounts are now visible to your team by default.
Bug fix
- Fixed ICP scores that were stuck at 0/10.
- Fixed accounts showing "0 companies" when an employer was already linked.
- Fixed a blank Company field on the People list.
- Fixed the app getting stuck on the Install screen.
