Building Nous in the open.
What shipped, week by week.
Was hiding in the dark for the last 4 weeks. Almost no outreach, less meetings than in the beginning and have been pushing launch. Honestly, product is ready to be launched. No need to add features before talking to actual customers. Past few weeks refined positioning towards contextual agents, away from Account Memory (Mem0 owns it). Planned x1 Podcast Episode with a Founder. Next week OSS Launch, publish all launch post on multiple platforms.

Focused less on shipping new features, but trying to figure out how to market Proply. Set up my own LinkedIn Engine, that includes automatic outreach and comments on creator's post. Confident that positioning is nailed down to "Account Memory for AI Agents". Reached out to a couple of founders and talked to a few about GTM and future of Agents. Biggest takeaway from this week is 1) Find one channel 2) Stay consistent. I just need to do the repetitive work from now on and constantly belief into the product.

This week I focused on defining the actual product and analyzing competitors to see what they focus on. I worked on the private graph, which is becoming the core of Proply. Added more integrations with existing GTM tools. Made a few updates on the website but want to stay focused on the v1. I also got a few compliments on it this week. Finally started building real connections on LinkedIn and spoke with another founder in this space.

After months of trying different approaches and building different products in silence, I decided to go all in and build in public. I've been working on Proply for a few weeks. This week, I finalized website V1, shipped the core infrastructure for the public and private signal layer, and had a conversation with an integration partner that pointed to something I'll share more about soon. Week one.
