DPA

We have a long-standing commitment to customer privacy and data protection. As part of this commitment, we have prepared a Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"). You can review a static PDF version of our latest DPA document here.

To make the DPA legally binding, it needs to be countersigned with your organization's details completed. To request a signed copy of the DPA, email privacy@opennous.cloud and we will prepare it for you.

If you would rather we never hold your data at all, Nous is open source: you can self-host the entire system on your own infrastructure, and no Personal Data is processed on our systems. See our security and subprocessors pages for the full picture.
