Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Nous Cloud and the Nous website. The open source project is governed separately by its license.

The service

Nous provides a revenue layer and API for GTM teams. You may use it to build agents and workflows over your own data. You are responsible for the data you connect and for using Nous in line with the terms of the tools you link and applicable law.

Open source and self-hosting

The Nous core is open source and released under AGPL. You are free to read the code, run it yourself, and keep your own data. The license text in the repository governs that use.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nous to send unlawful outreach, to scrape or process data you have no right to, or to abuse the systems Nous connects to. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

Billing

Paid plans are billed on the accounts your agents work. You can change or cancel your plan at any time. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

No warranty and liability

Nous is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Nous is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
