A job posting is a buying trigger. This finds companies that just posted the role you sell into, scores them against your ICP, drops anyone you already work, records the signal in Nous, and drafts a cold sequence that opens on it.

How it works

Discover in-market companies. From TheirStack it finds companies that just posted the role you sell into, filtered to your ICP's size, country, and recency.

Score against your ICP. It reads your GTM profile from Nous and keeps only the companies that match what you actually sell.

Dedupe against your pipeline. It drops anyone already in your Nous workspace, so you only get net-new accounts.

Find the decision maker and save the lead. It resolves the buyer at each company and saves them to a lead list, with the hiring role, date, and job link in the lead's columns, ready to export.

Export or draft a sequence. Push the list to Instantly or Smartlead with the hiring data as merge fields, or draft a three-email sequence that opens on the hire.

Customize and set up

Tune the trigger, the roles, recency, company size, country, and even the tech they use.
Cap the spend with a max job count. TheirStack charges one credit per job, so a 25-company run is about 25 credits. The skill states the estimate and confirms before revealing.
Add your Apollo or Prospeo key to resolve the decision maker per company, saved as a lead with the hiring role and date in its columns.
Choose the outreach, draft only, push to your sequencer, or hand the list to the campaign writer.
Schedule it weekly for a fresh batch of in-market accounts every Monday.
