Pre-meeting brief
Run it before any meeting. It pulls everything Nous knows, reads the person's recent LinkedIn posts and their company site, and writes you a sharp brief grounded in your GTM angle.
How it works
1You type the prompt into Claude Code.
terminal
claude code › /meeting-brief brief me on my 2pm with Sarah Chen at Acme2
Pull what Nous knows. It reads the resolved account from Nous, role, company, the full timeline, open threads, pipeline stage, and ICP fit.
3
Read their recent posts. Apify scrapes their last four weeks of LinkedIn posts, and Claude pulls the themes, opinions, and the language they actually use.
4
Profile their company. It fetches the company website and writes a short profile of what they do, who they sell to, and any recent moves.
5
Pull your GTM angle. It reads your GTM profile from Nous so the brief connects their world to what you actually sell.
6
Write the brief and save it back. Claude writes a sourced, two-minute brief and saves it onto the account in Nous, so the next conversation starts ahead.
Customize and set up
- Connect the Nous MCP and paste your Apify API key into your env before the first run. Reading one person's posts costs around $0.30.
- Point it at a single person, or attach a calendar connector and it briefs every external attendee of a meeting.
- Adjust how far back it reads their posts. It is set to four weeks by default.
- Set up your GTM profile inside Nous so the angle is drawn from what you actually sell.
- Add a Google Docs connector to drop the brief into a doc, on top of saving it back onto the Nous record.
