OpenNous
Workspace

One place for your team to work every account

Not everyone lives in an agent. The workspace gives reps, managers and customer success the same unified accounts in one app, with the pipeline, the handoffs and the source behind every signal.

Every deal, in one pipeline

The pipeline shows where each deal stands, which ones went quiet and why, with the call or email behind every change.

Handoffs that carry the whole story

When a deal closes, customer success receives why they bought, who matters and what was promised, each with its source.

Reports that explain themselves

Weekly pipeline and win/loss reports show what moved and which conversations moved it, so nobody rebuilds the story by hand.

Questions

What is OpenNous?

OpenNous is revenue intelligence for sales teams. Your calls, emails and CRM already hold what is true about every account, but most of it goes unused. OpenNous resolves it into unified accounts, keeps the source behind every activity and extracts the signals that need your attention.

Do I need another tool to log into?

You can keep working where you already work, because OpenNous connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and Slack over MCP. Teams that want one shared place to work can also use the OpenNous workspace.

Which data does it use?

OpenNous only uses your own data, which means your calls and meeting notes, your email and calendar, your CRM, Slack, Stripe and PostHog. It never relies on bought third-party lists.

What do agents do on their own?

You decide how far agents go. They draft follow-ups, CRM updates and handoffs, and nothing reaches your CRM or a customer until someone on your team approves it.

How do I know an answer is right?

Every fact links back to the call, email or record it came from and shows when it was last seen. When an agent tells you what to do, you can always see why.

Who is it for?

OpenNous is for fast-growing B2B teams whose customer knowledge sits unstructured across calls, inboxes and chat threads instead of in the CRM.

Is my data secure?

The security page explains how your data is handled, stored and processed, and the DPA and subprocessor list give the full details.
